He is the only attorney whose principle office is located in Citrus County to be Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Litigation, which qualifies him as an expert on Civil Litigation matters. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Citrus County Bar Association, and is President of the Citrus-Hernando Inn of Court, and President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Crystal River. He is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida a Circuit Mediator.
